Hi, I have a question or Germany there are any restrictions on the transport of birds because of vogelgrippe?

depends on. What kind of birds? From where to where do you want to transport them? Private or commercial?

Exotic birds, parrots and goldfinch , bullfinch....... , from the Netherlands by Germany to Polish , private but a large amount.

I wouldn´t do that at the moment and I suppose, you might need a permission, if your way leads through restricted areas - and these are changing daily at the moment. So I´d contact the Veterinäramt.
