ich habe mal im Guide to the Birds of Venezuela von Meyer/de Schauensee/Phelps nachgesehen.
Das Bild vom männlichen und weiblichen Ruby-topaz Hummingbird (deutsch: Moskitokolibri) hänge ich mal an.
Beschreibung des Weibchens im Buch:
>above pale coppery green; sides of head and underparts pale smoky gray. Central tail feathers greenish olive, rest grayish with a black subterminal band and white tip, or rufous with a black subterminal band and white tip, the amount of rufous variable.<
N Colombia, the Guianas to central and e Brazil, ne Bolivia. Aruba to Trinidad and Tobago.
